This is the story of mr Peruggia, former employed at Louvre Museum in Paris. He is the guy who stole the Monalisa from the museum, he ‘s been hiding for years in Italy, keeping the Leonardo’s masterpiece under his bed. He never wanted to sell or destroy the painting. Many people gave the reason of his gesture as a Futurist action, very trendy at that times in which Tommaso Marinetti’s Futurist Manifesto break through the European society before the WW1.
